As attorney based in Luxembourg, I can assist you on all of the corporate matters you may have, from the incorporation to the liquidation through M﹠A and restructruring transactions, with a local and european and/or international consideration Regarding my references, I am currently working for a leading Luxembourg law firm, ranked into major legal references (such as Legal 500, IFLR *information cachée*) where I am involved on corporate and financial matters, but also punctually on commercial matters (review of NDA, commercial agreements, etc.). Prior to this position, I have been employed by a major European investment bank, in the legal derivatives documentation team, in support to the trading desk.
